May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
Until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

This was a surprise as a park and abandoned mill site. There is great juxtaposition of these industrial fragments. The project shows that sometimes when infrastructure stops serving its initial purpose, it hasn’t failed so much as it has evolved. The use of the materials on site was brilliant. It proves the notion that you don’t have to erase these facilities; you can embrace them and reuse them.”
